Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the HornScore mobile application ("App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

HornScore grants the User a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices owned or controlled by the User, in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

The User agrees not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party.
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

4. Code of Conduct and Content Policy

HornScore has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using the App, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Do not post, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Do not engage in any behavior that harasses, threatens, intimidates, or abuses other users.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Do not attempt to obtain personal information from or about any other users, especially minors.
• Do not use the App to promote illegal activities or to distribute content that violates third-party rights.

HornScore reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these policies at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Content Moderation

HornScore employs various methods to moderate user-generated content, including:

• Automated filtering systems to detect prohibited content
• User reporting tools to flag inappropriate content or behavior
• Regular review of flagged content by our moderation team

While we strive to prevent objectionable content, we cannot review all content before it is posted. Users are encouraged to report any violations they encounter.

6. User-Generated Content

The App may allow Users to submit content, including images and videos. By submitting content, the User grants HornScore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content within the App. The User represents and warrants that they have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Users maintain ownership of their content but are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

7. Privacy Policy

The collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://hornscore.com/privacy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

• What information we collect and why
• How we use and protect your information
• Your rights regarding your personal data
• How to contact us about privacy concerns

8. Subscription Terms

For users who purchase auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase

9. Account Termination

HornScore reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts that violate this Agreement. Users may terminate their accounts by following the instructions within the App.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HornScore is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.

12. Changes to This Agreement

HornScore reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes and are advised to review the Agreement periodically.
